Pre-Construction

Our pre-construction professionals work with you and your design team to save time and money before project construction even begins. Together we establish quality, budget and schedule goals for your project. Our services include site evaluation, feasibility studies, materials cost assessment and design. We also help identify potential scheduling delays regarding material and labor availability. Throughout pre-construction, design and on-site construction, we continue an ongoing value engineering process.

Self Performance

With a team of more than 40 skilled craftsmen, you can be assured our team is dedicated to exceeding expectations. Our production resources help ensure fulfillment of our promises to provide the highest quality work in the shortest time possible at the most competitive price. Our self performance capabilities include site work, demolition, concrete foundations, rough and finish carpentry, custom millwork manufacturing and installation, structural steel erection, pre-engineered metal building supplies and erection, metal decking and siding, architectural metal roofing, retrofit roofing, specialty building installation, and door and finish hardware installation.

We have proudly assisted companies like Springfield Remanufacturing Company, SourceLink, TCI Manufacturing, Chamberlain Architects and others develop, construct and lease back their custom facility. These services allow you to focus on building your business while we worry about the details of your facility.

General Contracting

We control quality, cost and schedule more efficiently than some contractors because we are dedicated to maintaining substantial in-house resources like more than 70 full-time construction professionals, cranes, backhoes, fork lifts, scissor lifts, dump trucks and other critical equipment. That means your project is not subject to the availability of equipment or laborers like projects run by contractors that subcontract out critical construction functions.

Design-Build

To help expedite the schedule, saving weeks over the conventional design-bid-build process, we provide a single source for design and construction services. This guarantees team cooperation between owner, designer and builder, eliminating adversarial roles, increasing design flexibility, earlier cost determinations, and avoiding bidding omissions. All of this results in lower design fees and earlier building occupancy.

Competitive Bid

With our self-performing capabilities, we are very competitive in the bid market. Our team of experienced estimators also understands remaining active in the bid market allows us to stay current with the best pricing. While many general contractors will only accept negotiated work, we embrace the competitive bid market and as a result it comprises approximately 30% of our work.

Pre-engineered Metal Buildings

Although we are a general contractor now, our roots started as a supplier and erector of pre-engineered steel buildings. Our expertise in steel and pre-engineered building allows us to be an authorized dealer for many manufacturers. We are consistently one of the top dealers nationwide, so we can secure competitive pricing and aggressive shipping schedules for you. Our four highly qualified erection crews assure your project goes as planned.

Steel Erection

Our crews focus on the latest erection techniques and safety training. Some of our most recognizable projects are Branson Landing, Evangel University Administration Building, James River Assembly Church Educational Wing addition, and Ferrell Duncan Clinic. Since the erection of structural steel is a potentially dangerous operation, we implement a strict drug testing program and thorough safety training program. Our equipment is also carefully maintained in our in-house maintenance and mechanic shop.
